Abstract

Abstract: The "Decision on Winning the Tough Battle Against Poverty" has laid a solid foundation for rural revitalization. No one can be left behind on the path to build a well-off society in an all-round way. By issuing questionnaires to poor villages in border ethnic minority areas, and analyzing specific indica- tors, the effectiveness and significance of the transformation of the concept of ideology are demonstrated. Efforts should be made to give full play to the subjective initiative of individuals to help realize the free and comprehensive development of people.
